The Power of the Full Moon

Full Moon...

A new ritual to remind you of the worlds amazing power and beauty.

Maybe, make a new sacred space for only can be as small as a corner of a room, it doesn’t even need to be recognized by anyone else. I like this because it is truly all your own. A secret space hidden in plain sight.

Clear your mind, and reflect on any feelings or negative thoughts about a situation or person. It’s about releasing the negative energy, so you can make room for positive emotions. Don’t hold anything back.... or you will continue carry this burden. Some people days, months, and sadly, lifetimes.

Let it Go.

Burn sage or frankincense ( Sioux tribes call this smudging, it is about spiritually clearing. Clear your internal space and the space around you.)

I like to do this before every class, every “event,” and when I am uneasy.

Celebrate your life in this amazing sphere of energy- negative, positive, neutrality.

North, South, East, and West. (Michael Heizer)

Celebrate Nature.

Everything in nature is made up of five basic elements: earth, water, fire, air, and space. Knowledge of the five elements allows us to understand the laws of nature and to use it to attain greater health, power, knowledge, wisdom and happiness. This arises out of deep intuition of how the universe operates.

If you don’t believe in the power of the moon, there are many un- deniable answers. The moon has helped shape life on this planet as we know it. If there were no gravitational pull from the moon, on the earth, our days/nights would be shorter, oceans would not rise and fall, and our plant would start to change on its axis.... creating weather patterns that are unpredictable and chaotic. The moon changes the tides of our planet, it can change the tides in us. That is an immense Power. There is nothing but Gratitude for our bright, beautiful, and very constant partner in the Universe.
